Why the Need for Pastor for Pastor's Program?

The need to care for pastors is usually forgotten about by many including pastors. In caring for others, pastors often carrying the burden of so many they often get worn out. In fact, very easy for pastors to experience caregiver stress or compassion fatigue which symptoms can mimic the same symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder. In a recent study, 70% of pastors do say they do not have someone they consider a close friend. The same study also reports that 75% of pastors have had a stress-related crisis at least once in their ministry.

Pastors are usually doing ministry by themselves. They don't usually have a team around them. Even those who do have a team or upper support, may not want to know what they are experiencing in the thought of being rejected or worse. We offer a safe, confidential environment to help pastors have the support they need.
