Funerals
A funeral is a time of grief, a
time of hope, and a time of remembrance. It would be a privilege
to serve you in planning and conducting a funeral for your loved
one. We
seek to have this time as a time to both celebrate your loved
one's life and to bring you comfort. We are very open to the
style of service in which you want from traditional to
contemporary to something personalized and unique, honoring your
traditions. Our
goal is to come along side of you and help to choose the service
which you want and give you peace of mind during this time of
grief.
Fees
We don't feel that it would be
appropriate to assign fees for this sensitive time. We will
however take donations. A typical donation is $100-150. However,
if you are not able to donate that amount or anything, then
please don't let it stop you from contacting us. We are here to
serve you during this time.
After the funeral...
Many of our chaplains have hospital
and hospice experience and have worked with families in grief.
We are available for support for after the funeral as well if
you or a family member would like additional care.
What to do next?
Please feel free to
contact
a chaplain in your local area to discuss availability. We may also have to set an
appointment to discuss the order of service and so that we may
get to know you and your loved one through your stories to
better honor them during the service.
