Why the need for corporate chaplain care?
We live in a society in which many people don't go to church yet still have personal faith. However without certain kinds of support systems in place, circumstances can cause individuals to worry, stress, and cause deeper problems both at home and at work. People face all kinds of problems from health related to relationship problems, from poor self-image to worry about the economy. A chaplain reaches out to all individuals acting as a simple support in a time where many people wonder if they are valuable. Chaplains are proactive and preventive support as well as a problem solving and crisis support for your most valuable asset, your employees.
How does it work?
Chaplains can build relationships with the employees simply by visiting them in the work center, usually spending less then 5 minutes with each of them. If an individual would like to set a time aside to talk with a chaplain, then they can get it either approved by a supervisor or they can set up a meeting for a lunch break or after work. If the company so chooses, then chaplains can lead Bible studies, give devotions or prayers at meetings, company picnics, or holiday parties. The chaplain can be very flexible to the need of the company and the employees. Our chaplains are able to give seminars to your organization such as religious and cultural awareness, suicide prevention training, self-care, and other seminar briefings to help equip your staff.
