What is Pastoral Counseling/Spiritual Formation Program?
There are many churches that would like to have a pastoral counseling center in their church to meets the needs of their congregation as well as to reach out to others outside of the church to be a healing balm that God has called us. Our ministers are able to help your church to reach out in new ways to lost and hurting people. Our ministers have been trained to minister amidst circumstances and counseling needs with a compassion that helps build faith.
Why is it needed?
According to a recent study, 50% of pastors feel unable to meet the needs of the job. Yet pastors have more demands now then ever. The world has many hurting people both inside and outside of the church. There is opportunity to touch their lives, bring healing, and help them to achieve what God has called them to be. Our ministers work along side of the pastors, helping your church reach out to others.
What does it look like?
For the pastoral counseling program, you can advertise the availability to your church and set up appointments. Our ministers will serve at your church in an office on the days agreed upon, serving your congregation. Certain churches may want to establish a system where the counselee gets 5 free sessions then pay a certain cost to help offset the cost of our services. Others may want to pay for the entire cost. Our ministers are professional and trained to build up and serve as a support to your church, congregation, and to you regardless of denominational differences.
