Why would we need the Seminars or Consultation?
In a recent study, 90% of church pastors feel they are
inadequately trained to cope with ministry demands. God has
given us all different gifts and equipped us differently to help
each other out. We are one body with many different parts. In
cases in which some churches may have decline or apathy or in
other cases where churches want to implement new vision or take
the church to a new level, there is wisdom in receiving counsel
and help. Our consultants seek to advance the kingdom of God by
helping others achieve what they are destined to do.
What does it look like?
Depending upon the minister and the need of the church, consultation could look very different. We allow
our own ministers to set they type of consultation that they
feel comfortable providing for churches. Our consultants range
in areas of gifts from setting small groups in your church to
setting up a care team to visit shut-ins to developing Sunday
School program and more.
What seminars do you provide?
Our ministers have various experiences and certifications on
specialized seminars that are valuable in various aspects of
your ministry. Some of our ministers have had worked in hospice
and have designed courses on care to terminally ill. Other
ministers have had military training and can give seminars on
PREP or suicide prevention. Others have designed courses based
upon their experiences such as training or marriage seminars.
Each minister has a profile in which they list the seminars in
which they are qualified to instruct. If you would like a
specific seminar designed for the needs of your congregation or
interested in learning more, then
contact a local minister
closest to you.
Who do you serve?
We serve churches and ministries in various different settings
with various different needs. If you are looking for something
in particular feel free to
contact a minister your area
for more information. |
