What is Care for Caregiver?
Caregivers in any capacity can be very rewarding and very
stressful at the same time. Caregivers are subject to compassion
fatigue which can take on the same symptoms as post traumatic
stress. Burnout is also very common with caregivers. Some of the
most common patients that experience depression and anxiety are
caregivers. It is important for caregivers to take care of
themselves to include their spiritual and emotional care. We offer support to caregivers as they take care of
others.
